Global Kidz assures all their customers that we will protect your right to privacy. Any personal details will not be disclosed, sold or rented to any individual or entity outside of Global Kidz. All information in which Global Kidz holds, is used for the sole purpose to process orders correctly or to forward online specials and newsletters.
Orders can be made online via Global Kidz secure server. Please be reminded that all information remains confidential and protected for your privacy.

Global Kidz is happy to take your order over the phone. So please feel free to call us on 0402 270 162 between the hours of 10:00AM AWST – 5:00Pm AWST 7 days a week.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. If ordering outside of Australia please ensure that you use our currency converter. The GST component will be deducted once at checkout. Global Kidz reserves the rights to change pricing at our own discretion and at any stage without notice.
Only one coupon code can be accepted per order. No order will be processed if more than one coupon code is applied.
Join Our Kidz Club to receive 20% off your first purchase. This excludes any sale items and can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or coupon code.
We accept payments through ANZ Gateway, Paypal, AFTERPAY and Direct Bank Transfer. Orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received.
Deliveries and Shipping
Here at Global Kidz we like to ensure that your online shopping experience is one of enjoyment and is a simple transaction. Our shipping methods and policies are designed to reach you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Deliveries within Australia
All orders once processed and payment confirmation received will be sent by Australian Post. Allow between 1–10 working days. Please add a flat rate of $8.99 for standard postage or $19.95 for express post. Bulky items such as Ezy rollers, Le Toy Van Market Stall, Let Toy Van Dollhouses can not be shipped via express post. All orders over $20.00 within Australia are shipped free of charge.
Deliveries outside of Australia
All orders once processed will be dispatched and sent via Australia Post Air Mail or Sendle. Please allow orders to be received between 7 – 28 business days, some destinations may take longer. We do not take responsibility for lost parcels. Please add $14.95 for postage, please note that this is for untraceable shipping. If your require tracked shipping please contact us prior to placing your order for a quote. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Express shipping not available on bulky items.
Damaged / Faulty Items
All items at Global Kidz are thoroughly checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty please contact us within 2 days of receiving your items and we will arrange with the supplier for a replacement or if the item is not available a credit voucher will be issued.
Faulty Goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange or refund. Please ensure that if you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, ensure that you notify the carrier before signing for your order.
Back order items
Any orders placed with a back order item will be shipped once the item has been restock. If you require your in stock items to be shipped separately please contact us to pay for shipping costs.
Returns / Exchange
Global Kidz would like you to feel confident when ordering online, so if you find for any reason that your selection is not what you expected, the right colour or size, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving purchase and we will arrange an exchange. No refund on shipping costs. Please note that exchanges will be given if the item is; unused, unworn and with all labels intact. All items exchanged will incur an extra delivery charge. There are no refunds or exchange on sale items or if you have applied a coupon code during a special sale / promotion. No refunds on AFTERPAY orders, we are happy to offer a credit voucher. Global Kidz apologises for items that are out of stock. We will advise you immediately and allow you the opportunity to choose a new item that you would like to exchange item for.
