Ordering

Ordering via the Global Kidz website is the quickest way to order to ensure prompt delivery of your goods. If at any time you require assistance regarding your order or have an inquiry regarding a particular product, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will respond ASAP. If you have any specific requests in relation to size or colour, please send through your requirements and every attempt will be made to fill the individual order. Please ask any questions regarding size or colour prior to purchasing. For all of our garments, please hand wash and use a warm iron.

Opening Hours

Our web store never closes, you can order online at any time. Global Kidz currently retails at the following Sydney Organic markets:

Saturdays (8am-1pm)

Payment

Global Kidz accepts payment by the following methods. All prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST. ABN No: 41 672 305 604

Delivery

Within Australia

Global Kidz offers a flat rate of $5 postage to anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. Couriers or Express Post can be arranged by negotiation. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received. Please contact us with any special delivery instructions.

Worldwide

Global Kidz gladly accepts International Orders:
- For orders under AUD$50 a $15 shipping fee will apply
- For orders AUD$50 and over, a $10 shipping fee will apply
Please note: some countries apply taxes and duties on parcels which is the responsibility of the parcel recipient.

Out of Stock

If a selected item is out of stock we will contact you immediately.

Refunds & Exchanges

Global Kidz will be happy to refund or exchange any item based on the following conditions:

• All items returned for exchange or refund must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, labels intact and unworn
• A copy of your receipt must accompany the returned item
  Item to be returned within 7 days of receiving the order
  
• Please email or phone within seven days of the receipt of your goods to arrange an exchange or refund. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

Faulty or damaged goods (or lost in transit)

Every item at Global Kidz is packed with care, however, in the unlikely event your item is damaged during transit, please phone us to discuss the matter. We strongly recommend Registered Post for its traceability and insurance cover to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

Privacy

Global Kidz respects your privacy and promises not to disclose or exchange your personal details to any third party. Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order or inform you of any special offers.
